COMMENTING

COMMENT is launching a new weekly segment! COMMENTING will, from now on, be posted every Friday and will be a round-up of everything I have been obsessing over in the week. Every week the categories will remain the same displaying my favourite thing in relation to that category. This new segment will hopefully provide some reading material/inspiration for your weekend.
Happy Friday to you all!

Instagram - jimsandkittysAn achingly cool couple that take beautiful photos of their travels, food, outfits and, well... each other.

Song - Ed Sheeran live in Radio 1's Live Lounge on Tuesday was something else! If you missed it you can watch the whole thing here but my favourite of the whole 30 minute / 6 song session was his closing number of Don't where he also incorporated in snippets of numerous R&B classics. LOVE!

Look - Rita Ora's dress at the Vanity Fair Oscar party was both risqué and incredible. If you've got an ass like that why not show it off if a sheer-backed dress?

Blog - I discovered A Beautiful Mess a while ago and have been obsessed ever since. If you want pinterest worthy pictures and posts about how you too can make your home look like something from a trendy craft magazine then give this blog a go. You won't be disappointed.

Workout - Ballet Beautiful Total Body Sculpt by Mary Helen Bowers is still one of my favourite workouts for early mornings, days when time is tight or lazier weekends. It's a painful one but it's short so just about bearable.

Treat - These sinfully delicious but completely guilt-free Double-Chocolate Brownie Bites from B with Wellness are quick to make and a great addition to any weekend.

Topic to Discuss - Now, obviously there was Madonna's fall at the Brits (both tragic and hilarious) BUT what I want to address is Alexa Chung's, Sky Oscars commentary which has come under scrutiny this week for being tragically under-researched. I am yet to actually hear any of the commentary but you can read about it here. My query is - is this just Alexa being her quintessentially "British" self, with quirky wit and heavy sarcasm, that has been completely misinterpreted by the Americans or has she got to the stage in her career where she has gotten too comfortable in her abilities/status and so now believes that she can merely blag her way through anything? Although I adore Alexa, being a TV presenter has been a dream of mine since I discovered it was even a job and so to see someone being so blasé and perhaps taking it for granted is mildly infuriating.
