COMMENTING #6

The weekend is here!
Whilst we do the Friday dance and put the gin on ice we'll let you peruse what we, at COMMENT, have been loving this week in order to get you inspired and in the mood for the weekend ahead.
Enjoy!

Instagram Gretchen Röehrs - we absolutely adore her clever little illustrations that use food as fashion. Adding a fun little twist to the rainbow beauty of clean eating. Our favourite is definitely the aubergine!

Song - Just call us mainstream, but this song has had us seriously tapping our feet to the beat this week.

Look - Late to the party maybe (Coachella was like three months ago) but we're having a total Dessert Glamour moment. Think these snakeskin boots and these retro cat-eyes! Now all we need to complete the look is this little Nasty Gal number.

Blog - This week I've been channelling my inner GirlBoss, and happened to stumble across HerAgenda. It's a wonderful hub for Millennial's trying to get their feet on the career ladder. Plus it has more inspiring Morning Routine posts than you could possibly ever need to get productively inspired

Workout - It could be Jake Gyllenhaal's Southpaw transformation, or it could be the wonder that is Taylor's Bad Blood video, but suddenly we're all getting excited about boxing. Long hailed as the staple workout of the Victoria's Secrets model, boxing is the best thing you can do for an all round fat-burning ab, arm and shoulder workout. And it doesn't half help to channel any pent up frustration!

Treat - We've spied these delicious looking Bircher Muesli Muffins over at the Collective Hub. We feel a little customisation coming up over the weekend. The perfect 11'o'clocl accompaniment for a dreary Monday morning back in the office. Oops did I just mention Monday already!

Article -  A bit of a foodie one granted, but we love this article on why it's our fridges we should be detoxing, not our bodies. No one wants to feel deprived, but clean and do-able changes that are going to make us feel fabulous, well they are more than welcome.

Quote - "Love her, but leave her wild" - Atticus
